A five days hands-on training workshop on CLTS, under the guidance of Dr. Kamal Kar has started in Bohicon,Benin from 20th March 2014. This workshop has witnessed the participation of 95 people from all over the country. This workshop is a  national level initiative by the Ministry of Health and UNICEF Benin, for mainstreaming CLTS in the country.

Regarding this, Dr. Kar had a meeting with the Honourable Minister of Health, Benin. The Minister is going to call a national level meeting of the senior decision makers from different ministries in the next week.
